Q. How do I track my order?

A.To track your order, visit our Track Your Order Page given at the bottom of the website on the home page.

Q.Why was my order delayed or canceled?

A. At times it takes an hour to update the inventory. Therefore, we may cancel an order if the inventory gets over. We refund instantly for all the cancelled orders that we cancel from our side. The other reason for cancellation can be the quantity that you have ordered. We do not allow bulk purchase of any product. 

Q. When will my order ship?

A.Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. Yes, you CAN cancel your order if you do so BEFORE it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quick, so we ask you to let us know straight away. But, unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can’t be cancelled. We do offer free returns however, so get in touch with one of our customer support staff and we can arrange a Refund right away. Unfortunately, you cannot change the order that you have already placed. But you can always contact the customer support to help you best.

Q. How to return the item that I purchased from www.Rubys.Shopping?

A. Please get in touch with the support team within 7 days of receiving the item that you purchased from us. Our Support team will help you with the process.To process the return, you will need to send the item back to the address provided by customer care

Q. What about the customs charges and international tax duties?

A. When purchasing items from outside of the USA, customs charges and taxes may apply. It is recommended to contact customer support for assistance with creating an international parcel order, which will include all relevant charges. These charges may need to be paid directly to the seller or to the delivery person upon receipt of the package. After an order is placed, it should take 10-18 days to arrive at your doorstep. Our customer support team will be available to assist you with your order throughout the process and ensure your package is received safely.

Q. When will I get my refund?

A. In case you have cancelled the order before it was shipped, the refunds are processed immediately! However, it may take 2 to 5 hours before the amount can be reflected in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.  In case you have initiated the return request of an item that you have already received or the item is shipped and on the way, in such case we refund after getting back the item that you purchased from us.We refund your money in full upon receiving the item.
